 David Hocker, Comfort Consultant Manager
A customer before he was an employee, David knew first hand about Quality Heating’s commitment to quality products and service. So, when it came time to look for a new job, he decided that’s where he wanted to work. Nine years later, he hasn’t changed his mind. In fact, “the team just gets stronger and better. I enjoy working with them to make sure we do what we need to do to keep our customers satisfied.” An avid fisherman and golfer, David has a hard time choosing between catching a 10-foot sturgeon on the Columbia River and getting a hole in one at River’s Edge as some of his best moments in life. He’d like to try the fishing in Alaska next, but thinks he’d better take his wife Donna to Hawaii first.
 Matt Boyd, Comfort Consultant
Raised a military brat, Matt settled in Redmond after his own 30-month stint in the Army. A commitment to the community and appreciation of the lifestyle we enjoy in Central Oregon are things he shares with Quality Heating. With more than nine years of industry related experience, Matt loves working with customers to create more comfortable home environments. A self-described “steak and potatoes,” kind of guy, he loves to hunt, fish and play golf.
 David Sale , Comfort Consultant
Raised in Red Bluff, CA, Dave recently relocated to Central Oregon. With 10 years of field experience in residential, and commercial projects, he has made a quick impact on the quality heating team. He spends his free time with his newborn daughter Samantha, his wife Kristina, and his puppy Max. But, you may also catch him sneaking away for a camping trip, or a bike ride.
 Joel Hessel, Comfort Consultant
Born and raised in Gresham, Oregon, Joel spent 10 years in the lumber industry, involving himself in estimating for new construction, remodel, and cabinetry designs. Moving to Madras 2 years ago with his wife, Joel took on the challenge of learning the HVAC industry, where he has gained valuable knowledge in the design of home comfort systems, which helps fuel his passion for assisting customers with their comfort concerns. In his spare time, he enjoys remodel projects, off road sports, hunting, and fishing.
 Christina Pike, Comfort Consultant
Christina was born in Portland, Oregon, and was raised in Anchorage, Alaska. Christina enjoys hiking and mountain biking with her children and husband Chris. Christina worked in the hotel and restaurant field for 15 years and then worked recruiting HVAC personnel for various control and service contractors for 5 years. She loves to work with people and likes the relationships she develops with customers. Christina has been involved in the construction industry by helping her husband Chris with his General Contracting Business. Satisfied customers are one of the most important and valuable things to Christina.
 Mike Bushong, Sales Coordinator
Looking forward to retirement, Mike got hijacked instead by Quality Heating and spent five years in sales before becoming the sales coordinator. Now, he spends his days tracking leads, scheduling appointments, managing the paperwork, and taking care of details in-house, so the Comfort Consultants can get out in the field working with clients. At home, Mike loves spending time with his wife and his “grandorables,” his pet name for his grandkids. He also loves hunting, fishing and camping, and when Quality Heating finally does let Mike retire, he’s planning to spend even more time outdoors doing the things he enjoys.
