 Todd LaFontaine, Co-Owner/General Manager
Todd worked his way up in the business, starting at the ground floor, learning the heating and air conditioning business from his dad. Todd took over operations in 1994 and has grown the business to what it is today. Customer service is Todd’s focus, along with representing the best systems on the market. More than 20 years later, he still enjoys getting out in the field, working with customers and watching the quality products his company sells, installs and services make their way into homes, commercial and industrial buildings throughout Central Oregon. At home, Todd’s life changes quickly from business to Barbies, as he spends time with his wife, Nicole, and five girls. As a result, he loves to steal away time to enjoy some river therapy fly-fishing on the Deschutes.
 Terri Law, Co-Owner/Finance Manager
Terri is very proud of the business she has helped build for more than 20 years. She and her late husband, Dave Law, set goals to create a company totally focused on their customers and providing quality service. Continuing to help Dave’s son, Todd, run the business, she feels they’ve met, and in some cases, exceeded those original goals. Terri loves coming in to work every day and has no plans to retire anytime soon. But, she does look forward to weekends and vacations, when she can spend more time with her children and grandchildren, having fun golfing or taking the boat to the lake.
