Michelle Law, Service DispatcherAt Quality Heating the service continues after the bill is paid. That’s why we have a Customer Service department staffed with dedicated experts whose only job is to ensure your complete satisfaction for as long as our equipment is in your home or business.

  • If you need us, we’re available. We’re on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
  • We keep a complete history on all our clients at our headquarters. So, if you don’t know what you need, we can figure it out.
  • We have a 36-vehicle fleet of trucks that are radio dispatched and stocked with emergency repair parts. We have even more parts and equipment stored in our Redmond warehouse, so whatever you need - it's never very far away.
  • All our installation and service technicians are factory trained and regularly complete additional classes and workshops to keep up-to-date on the latest products and procedures.

Ongoing Maintenance Prevents Emergencies
In addition to emergency repairs, our Maintenance Program offers services to maintain the peak performance of your system. It’s easy, it’s convenient and it ensures the high efficiency of your system for years! It's recommended that you service your heating and cooling system twice a year, once for heating and once for cooling, in order to maintain proper efficiency and peak performance. Efficiency and peak performance keeps your energy down and money in your pocket.

  • Condenser coils will be inspected for heat transfer loss. They will be powerwashed regularly. 
  • Fans will be inspected and cleaned to assure proper air delivery.
  • Refrigerant will be checked for proper charge and to assure there are no leaks.
  • Exposed ductwork will be inspected for leaks.
  • Thermostats will be checked and calibrated as necessary.
  • Motors and bearings will be lubricated as needed.
  • Controls and safeties will be tested and replaced as needed.
  • The condensate drain will be checked.
  • The crankcase heater will be checked for proper operation.
  • Relays and contacts will be inspected.
  • Humidifiers will be checked to ensure maximum operating efficiency.
  • Temperatures and pressures will be checked and recorded.
  • The evaporator coil will be inspected.
  • Air filters will be regularly replaced.

At every service we will provide a written inspection report and advise you about any concerns that may indicate additional repairs or equipment replacements are needed.
