Jon Layton, Service Manager
Jon enlisted in The United States Navy after high school. After completing his service, he enrolled in the U.T.I. technical college in Phoenix, Arizona, specializing in refrigeration and mechanical servicing. He joined the Quality Heating team in 1990, as an Installer and Service Technician. After gaining years of extensive knowledge in the technical aspects of our business, he was promoted to Service Manager, and has held that position for over a decade. In his spare time, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife, Lori, fishing, hunting, and riding ATV’s with his son, Jade.
Michelle Law, Service Coordinator
A 5 year veteran of her position, Michelle has set herself apart in the aspects of customer service. Whether she is dispatching the technicians, or solving customer concerns, there is not a better person to pass the ball to when the pressure builds. That is actually the aspect of her job that she enjoys the most. When she is not leaping buildings in a single bound, she enjoys spending time with her fiancée, Sean, shopping, outdoor activities, and cheering on the Oregon Ducks.
Angie McKay , Service Administrator
As the eldest daughter of the Law family, Angie has been involved in different aspects of Quality Heating for many years. She has become a vital part of the service department, and enjoys coordinating with customers and suppliers. When Angie is away from the office, she can be found spending time with her husband, Tyler, and their son, Landon. As a family, they enjoy caring for animals, ATV’s, hunting, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.
