Quality Heating staff...were both knowledgeable and skilled at what they did. They were meticulous and if they were unsure of an outcome, they did it over until they were completely satisfied. They were hardworking and self-starters, not needing someone to oversee them. "A two-to-three week wait for our new air conditioning system was okay until the outside (and inside) temperature soared and I became very ill and was nearly hospitalized. George called and talked to Mr. Hocker asking if there was any way our wait time could be shortened due to my breathing problems and not handling the heat very well.
